4uA in standby is not that bad, worse is 160uA when active because in this application it will be in that state very often.

But I don't really understand 1. Cannot the window comparator itself be considered as a kind of hysterisis where the "dead window" is the hysteris?
It cannot be that the positive and negative response (output signal) of the sensor is unbalanced...
