all those things are correct. programming with jtag also works correct and the fpga works correct, the only problem is the epcs1. it still gives that error. i 'dont know what it could be, is maybe my epsc1 broken?

i've created the pof file in quartus and then i'm getting this problem with quartus2:
Can't recognize Silicon id for device 1.
i checked my epcs1, and there's power on it etc.
what could be the problem?

Well, it works for a instant and
then the fpga doesn't count anymore.
i must reset then and then it works again for
an instant and then doesn't work.
i readed the 2 links, my problem is solved, thnx for your reactions

I'm new with fpga's and i have a problem.
I've got 2 incoming signals, A and B. i made an up and down 32 bit counter. When A is first then count up When B is first count down. Now i sent the data with I2C. but what happends,
If i only count. and no other codes. it works good...
