Monte Carlo for local mismatch ...

hspice agauss how to get the 'sigmavalue' from a process lib, i didnot find it in the process device characterization report. thanks !

a question on the Mote Carlo analysis with hspice

hello john xu, coulde you tell me how to extract the process viariations from the process lib before you do the monte_carlo analysis, thanks you very much!

anyone familiar with hspice? Help on Monte carlo sweep

coulde tell me how to extract the paramter viariations(Vth and w etl.) form the process lib file? thanks!

How to design Sigma Delta ADC?

the design of sigma delta modulation it seems my last question was not hot enough, hehe. Another one, the opamp i used in the modulator were fully differntial ones with sc CMFB, and first i design the single ended version then expanded to the fully form, but these two forms had different poles...

How to design Sigma Delta ADC?

design of low-voltage low-power delta-sigma adc hello guys, i have a problem and need help. i an design a sigma-delta modulator for digital audio application, BW=25KHz, the goal is to achieve snr=90dB. i used mash2-1 , and osr=128,Fs=6.4MHz. i built the modulator in the hspice with ideal...

    MASH2-1 modudlator trouble shooting!!

Hi, guys, i am designing a sigma-delta ADC for digital audio application. The signal bandwidth is 25KHz, and the design SNR is to achieve 90dB. I chose the MASH2-1 architecture, and the OSR is 128, Fs=6.4MHz, so in the theory the dynamic range will be 127dB, and after parameter scaling, the mash...

thanks for you guys's replies! and many people said that Papoulis's book is a classic one, and is anyone have the fourth edition?

what can DFT(discrete fourier transform) be used for?

i have comfirmed that the total noise power keep constant when the FFT data number is increase. i am designing a sigma-delta ADC, it need to analysis the modulator output spectrum with FFT, so if somebody familiar with niose spectrum analysis, hope can share your expeirence, thanks!

what can DFT(discrete fourier transform) be used for?

Thanks a lot for newelltech's long reply, and it does help me! But i still have some confuse about SNR calculation of a noise signal, such as a sinewave plus a random noise. if the FFT result is normalized to the signal bin's magnitude, then more FFT data will get lower rms noise level...

what can DFT(discrete fourier transform) be used for?

hi, friends: i know that DFT is a approximation of the CFT or DTFT,. but i cannot have direct connection between some other meanings and DFT process, such as every DFT bin is bandpass filter, and DFT processing gain and so on. is there anybody who understanding DFT well can explain it deeply...
