What is the power (Watt CW) FR4 can handle?

Re: FR4 power handling thanks for your answer the board thickness is 0.8mm at 2.4 GHz . i plane to use it for outdoor dipole antenna. with peak power of 250 Watt CW thanks in advance

help me (increase the bandwith microstrip patch antenna)

    1. increase the width of the antenna by a factor of 1.5*L (L=resonance length). 2.increase the height of the patch from the ground . 3. you can change your printed patch to a printed dipole that usually have a B.W of 25-30%. best regard

    [CST]A Probe Fed Patch Antenna

If u mean this, i still don't know which option should be chosen, Et=0 or Ht=0? quote] Ht=0.

    [CST]A Probe Fed Patch Antenna

Hy your feed is in the center of the patch ? so your imp has to be 0 ohm. try to move it along the e-plane to get the right impedance. you can cut the plane into half to reduce the simulation time . Try to run adaptive mesh to get the right mesh density for farther simulations. best regard
