Help Needed with Power Supply PCB Design

If you wanted to use this exact product, just substitute the LM 317 for a LM338T. If you wanted to just use this design on another board, it wouldn't be that hard to reverse engineer a schematic from this link you provided. Alternatively, you could start by searching for a regulator that meets...

I am looking for 24 VDC to 12 VDC circuit

Re: REQ:24 VDC to 12 VDC Uh.. perhaps you mistyped your question since this seems pretty easy and since you're a supermod, I'll assume you know some stuff..... but for a DC to DC conversion of 1/2, use a simple voltage divider of two resistors. Make sure they are rated for the current you will...

    TSSOP and wave soldering

I agree with HERO. You should paste, place, and reflow the component. Of you must use a single sided board, create a mask for your TSOP and other fine pitched parts and then send it through the wave.

PCI signal length... is there a limit?

Re: PCI signal length... You can extend it, depending on how long the traces are on the PWB. You're most likely experiencing signal integrity issues due to 'wiring' it. It's generally not a good idea to do that.
