you can do it by running the all the stepper motors at the same time instead of turning 1st at once and other two later as the human cannot find the variation if it less that 500ms and instruction could take atmost 1 micro second if it is at the low...
it is here used to avoid the short circuit problems as it has ground connected and if the diode is not there it raises an issue hence we use diode in such cases where we find riskof short circuit

i would suggest you use op amps for comparing the signals of what range you want with a timer set up at that frequency this should be modified to your input value approx depending on the requirement. then use logic gates connected with H-BRIDGE to run the motors its just simple as it looks...

in pwm the signal duty cycle reduces where as in the other we have variable change in the width of the pulse thus providing more accuracy which can be generally useful for inverter application probably this would be better.

noise is the general thing in analog so capacitance is used generally to wipe out small noise disturbances this is how it works initially the capacitor gets charged and when the voltage flowing is low in the main o/p it discharges and reduces the off set when main is more then it charges thus...

it is simple you will have receive buffer register right you can use that and display the text. use at+cmgr with index to read the data using gsm module

you got a problem with the glitches internally you can also avoid that by adding high capacitance in the output to discharge the excess glitches that are coming. by going through various stages of filtering we can get clear output.
