50 watt led driver schematics required

I am not an expert in pcb design,I have made some pcbs in cadsoft eagle which were audio related. What is a forward mode? what is an anti magnetize capacitor? what are design consideration for the switching transformer? Core permeability winding pattern air gap winding tightness winding...

50 watt led driver schematics required

I haven't worked with IC smps, so I am being unsure .Does't mere adding a resistor effect the stability and oscillations? I gues these circuits are highly sensitive to load and feedbacks. would a lm339 suitable for voltage/error amplifier ? One more question, How does the error is monitored...

50 watt led driver schematics required

Dear Kam, I want to build something economical and compact. It is not for commercial purpose but for lighting a projector system at home. At present the Led is working with a 120 va transformer coupled with a constant current source of 1500ma driven by 2n3773.all those components are which...

50 watt led driver schematics required

I am trying to learn PI Expert Design app. I wonder do they show the final schematic for desired SMPS? I could not locate the schematic other than transformer infos. Am I missing something ? I have checked some schematics and design examples. Can I modify a computer ATX smps for the purpose...

50 watt led driver schematics required

I could find one more IC locally,TOP223. will it help me for a simple 50 watts constant current SMPS. What is holding me back is the constant current part,I am not yet sure how smps are current sensed and controlled.I couldnt figure out from Led driving schematic either. So in case if you...

50 watt led driver schematics required

Icould find this ICin my locality TOP261EN Power Integrations - Switcher, Offline Can we go forward with it? Please note,I know how to wind steel stamped transformers I have made transformers from 50Va to 600Va. But I have never ever attempted to wind a ferrite tranformers other than some...

50 watt led driver schematics required

ISolation is not mandatory as the case for Led driving which will remain encapsulated. I couldnt find tinyswitch from my local market. They have no stock of such a component.

50 watt led driver schematics required

All I could find is a Viper ic, couple of Irf mosfets in local markets. What I meant was I am not very used to high DC voltage of smps, typically 300volts.Bit anxious about testing part, bit of anxiety while I turn on these power devices. But I have to get used to it. Being an audio guy I had...

50 watt led driver schematics required

I do realize it. It may be easier, faster, cheaper but may not be reliable. If I can design my own I will know the limits. Smps for me is not trivial ,rather very interesting and intriguing thing,A typical Electronic enthusiast here. ____________________________________________________________...

50 watt led driver schematics required

SMPs is for Efficiency and operation directly from mains, size advantage. Otherwise I would have used lm2577 with a trafo. I have 40 volt 120 va trafo at my disposal Honestly I am not good at designing (Not a Mathematics friendly ) so expecting a tested schematics. I do have a good test bench...

50 watt led driver schematics required

Hi All, looking forward for a simple constant current smps schematic to be driven from 150~260 volt Ac. to drive 50 w led. Led input voltage -36v Max current 1.5 amp. Thanks in advance.

    TDA2030: Max amplification ratio on 8Ohm load, +/- 12V ?

C3, C9, R4, R10 are basically bandwidth limiters to avoid HF oscillations ,you would need it in case the amp oscillate while in operation else you can ignore it.

    TDA2030: Max amplification ratio on 8Ohm load, +/- 12V ?

Pin 4 is output to speaker pin. those two diodes dampens the back EMF from loud speaker coils. You lost me for the bridge circuit ,can you post the schematic to see which c3 r4 you are talking about?

    TDA2030: Max amplification ratio on 8Ohm load, +/- 12V ?

You can utilize the manufacturer application circuit from ST website and use it to your wish. TDA2030 is a very good amp IC it has SNR of 98db+ which means good for CD music listening. If you want Higher power you need to go with Tda7293 or discrete Amplifiers.

    TDA2030: Max amplification ratio on 8Ohm load, +/- 12V ?

I hope you are not over assuming things here. Amplification of 1 cannot be called as amplification. It is a unity gain set up means no amplification. Unlike a non inverting input, Inverting amp is dependent on input resistor. if you leave it open , the amp stays in infinity gain and . neither...
