I want good ethernet Controller with 10/100 PHY with 8/16 bit databus interface.

I want to use uC/OS-II RTOS in my design.
Only IAR Support uC/OS-II in C-Spy Debugger and Keil does't.
Is it necessary to have a compiler which suppot uC/OS-II in debugger.
