GREETINGS EVERYBODY!
I have 2 VFDs driving 2 different motors, each VFD is driving a single motor.
There is a little difference between both the motors.
I used potentiometer (variable resistor) in VFD to change the speed of the motor. for 2 VFDs 2 variable resistors are being used.
Now the...
Sir actually MAX232 is not in development board, in development board there is only sim900, LM2576-ADJ and its circuitry (1N5822 diode, inductor, capacitors), 2 NPN transistors (2N2222A), AND de-coupling capacitors across Vbat pin and ground of SIM900D and a 3 pin header from with I am getting...
Hello EveryBody,
I am now using power supply of 12V-DC and 12Amp,
Now the issue is when I turned on the GSM module it starts giving garbage on all the baud rates, on 115200 baud it is giving data some thing like this...
I designed my own development board for SIM900D which is given in some datasheets. I ahve tested MAX232 circuitry by interfacing with the microcontroller (ATMEGA8) and it is working perfectly.
My adapter is 12V-1Amp, and after that I am using LM2576-ADJ for voltage range of 3.2 to 3.8V, and I am...
Greetings EveryBody,
I am using SIM900D interfaced with my laptop with MAX232 in between. I have checked the circuit again and again and each and every thing is fine (no hardware errors).
I also have tested all baud rates (1200 to 115200). but i dont get any thing only I get is garbage data in...
Greetings EveryBody!
I have to use a for loop in such a way that its increment should be like this:
0x01
0x02
0x04
0x08
0x10
0x20
0x40
0x80 and then back to 0x01
I thought alot how to do so but failed to find any suitable idea. Is there any suggestion?
Many thanks for your kind considerations.
1ms But not more than that, and does it require any driver
(opto coupler/2N2222A/BC547 etc) to operate if it has to be driven by a microcontroller or any IC (for example 74HC595 shift register) ???
But Sir the issue is I have to switch off transistor rapidly but I heard that FETs or MOSFETs dont switch off if you have to switch them off suddenly or rapidly
I am giving 500ms pulse on it after every 30 seconds but just after 5 or 6 iterations TIP gets heating up very much. Watchdog timer is disabled, not using that. Coil resistance is 4.9 ohms.
Resetting issue is solved and many thanks for you guys for your so kind support.
Ok I would try that and will let you know about the update.
But can you tell me that why do we need isolation by using optocoupler between microcontroller and high current drivers (TIP or high current transistors)?? is there any possibility of reverse current from the driver's base??
Here is the schematic and my load is a solenoid which is being operated on 5.9Amp, 28VDC, In schematic TIP122 and 6A10 diode are being used but later on I replace them with TIP142 and 10A10 (10Amp diode).
Extremely sorry for late replying.
Greetings EveryBody!
I am driving high current transistor (TIP142)by mircocontroller and load is getting 6Amp at 28VDC,
Circuit:
I am directly interfacing base of TIP142 with microcontroller pin with 1KΩ resistor in between.
Problem:
After some time as I turned the circuit ON...
Respective Mr.Betwixt I am surely using 6A10 diode for back EMF protection.
Now I have one solution and need guidance, what can we do is, If we add an electrolytic capacitor is series between solenoid and transistor then I would block DC voltage, Since it would let the pulse to pass. Now...
