hi i am new to pic uc 18f2550. i am using mplab and writing program in assembly language
problem is when ever i turn off power supply , data in transmitted to hyper terminal (turn off is not instantaneous)
i used 4MHZ AND 20MHZ CRYSTAL same problem occurred in both cases ,also checked baudrate...
please see my circuit diagram, i want to convert 8 sensor o/p voltage (voltage range 5 to 30) to 5 volt to interface 8 pins of microcontroller 89c51
also in circuit diagram i used a not gate at o/p of all transistor
AND+RC+NOT is for positive edge trigger, is it possible clear an input pin in...
is there any ic that will convert 30 volt to 5 volt other than 7805, reverse operation ulm2804 to interface 8 i/p of 89c51
also please suggest me a good transistor switch that will convert 30 volt to 5 volt to interface 89c51

my project is interfacing 8 sensor to 8 input of 89c51, when ever a sensor triggers a character should send to pc
my problem is whenever a sensor triggers many character are sent to pc (similar character example "AAAAAAAA")
I used timer circuit for +ve edge using NOT GATE and AND GATE but still...
