    I think i got the answer.. Definitely there will be an appreciable improvement since spread spectrum is used if the ACF and CCF of the code are appreciably good.

    Re: Ask psk fsk - matlab ASK shown in the diagram is actually OOK(on-off keying). Generate input sq.wave. Then Generate a carrier(cosine wave) with a higher frequency as compared to sq.wave.. just multiply both u will get ASK..

    Snr = signal power / noise power = Ps/Pn = Ps/(No*W) =(R/W)* Ps/((R/W) * No) =(R/W)*Eb/No. Since additive white gaussian noise is used bandwidth W here corresponds to the bandwidth of the signal.
