    Leakage Ptv's for IO cell characterization

    Hi, I just want to know, how this leakage PTV's are different from other PTV's such as em ptv's or goi_core ptvs. One difference is that, for characterization we extract Cin and Cpd value for leakage ptv's. What are the other differences?
