But, now I have new problem (new question).
I have simulated my design. I got magnitude & phase of S11, S12, S21, S22, K, delta, SWR. But I didn't get NF. (from my simulation K>1 & delta<1 it's stable, right?)
How to calculate NF from those values? (mathematically)

I found that transistor only give me gain about 10 dB (my specitication : gain 20-30 dB, NF<2 ) in my frequency. I desire about 20-30 dB.
1. can I reach only one stage design?
2. are there types of transistor (only one stage) can give me that gain.
3. I use LINC software from ACS, what do y think?
