Transistor for design LNA 9 GHz

of course I have (for each transistor) Can I use this formula to get NF? NF = NF1 + (NF2-1)/G1 by the way, I use LINC from ACS.

Transistor for design LNA 9 GHz

Thank all, But, now I have new problem (new question). I have simulated my design. I got magnitude & phase of S11, S12, S21, S22, K, delta, SWR. But I didn't get NF. (from my simulation K>1 & delta<1 it's stable, right?) How to calculate NF from those values? (mathematically) regrad

Transistor for design LNA 9 GHz

I found that transistor only give me gain about 10 dB (my specitication : gain 20-30 dB, NF<2 ) in my frequency. I desire about 20-30 dB. 1. can I reach only one stage design? 2. are there types of transistor (only one stage) can give me that gain. 3. I use LINC software from ACS, what do y think?

Transistor for design LNA 9 GHz

I need help, I want to design 9,4 GHz LNA What's suitable CMOS transistor for my project? I need S parameter file too, for my simulation. Any suggest?
