I have this starter kit https://www.deditec.de/en/embedded/prod/ecpu1000/ebase1000.html and it should suit your needs. It has ethernet and tcp/ip. It works nice. It also has almost every interface you are looking for. There is even a big FPGA on it. Maybe it's something for you.
