i want to make an arm that uses a leap motion for the detection of user's hand movements and the arm imitates them using a wireless module.
but how do I convert the leap motion output to electrical signals I need to send to wireless communication board?
is this project possible??
hello, i am making a robotic arm which imitates the motion of my hand. it has to be given input through webcam using matlab.
but how do i make it detect all the joints of fingers and fingertips? and this data has to be fed to an arduino board.
is this possible through matlab or simulink?
i have found these audio transformers...are they correct? which one should i use?
the one with blue center has 4 wires on one side and 2 on the back side. the black coloured one has got 5 pins.
i dont have any specifications about any of these...

how do i come to know how...
i actually cant get hold of an audio transformer anywhere at my place. not even online.
is there anything else that can be used in place of audio transformer?
i found this site which teaches to make one's own audio transformer
**broken link removed**
should i make one or there is another option?
you are right, it does not have a voltage or current rating. i bought an audio transformer which looks like this
it has only two wire as it can be seen..
will it work? how to connect it?
this is the code i am having for uc interfacing with a pc. should i use this for laptop? no changes required?
as i could not find hyper terminal in laptop
this is in relation to a previous thread(https://www.edaboard.com/threads/303116/), but i didn't get my doubt solved.
i have a circuit for rs232 to at89c51 communication with pc. but i want to communicate with my laptop. so can i simply buy a usb to rs232 convertor and attach it to the female...
umm..no. how do get to know what transformer is to be used?
are there more things like that that need attention?
if this circuit can't be made then can someone suggest a better one?
i have seen many circiuts for walkie talkie. is the circuit i have selected and attached below correct? should i go for it?
because i dont have time for trying and testing...it is just a mini project of mine. it need not be of very high range
i have taken this circuit from here...
yeah it is simple :) and by bulb blowing off i mean that bulb turns off

yes, i am trying to switch off the light by blowing air onto the thermistor but i dont think that one cool the temperature of thermistor by blowing air to it...is it possible?
how can i check the...
i accidently removed 10k ohm variable resistor and now the bulb glows even if matchstick blows out! but thermistor part is still not working. i even tried cooling it with ice.
also i gave ground to pin 6 as per @venkadesh_M but on doing this bulb simply blows off(not because of thermistor)
what...
sorry i am late, but i wanted to share this. i accidently removed the variable resistor and put nothing in place of it. and guess what, the bulb glows and remains on even after removing light source near it!
though i am still having trouble with thermistor part. i even tried to cool it down...
