as we know EMI problem is very complicated,EMI/EMC have system level(related to mechanical structure,other equipments......),components level(related to schematic circuit,components......),PCB board...
You first neet to confirm that you the have PCB footprint in your library(the library path must right),then you can put the footprint in PCB design working area,open the colour of each layers,like top layer.....youwill see the footprint that you wanted
