Fourier transform for step function is the distribution (or general function),
similar to Dirac function. Therefore you must calculate convolution
for the two distributions. In this case you will obtain the correct result.

Functions bessel and neyman play the same role for the systems with the azimuthal symmetry, such as sin and cos play for the systems with the translation symmetry.
