That video image will be from camera which can be shake a bit on wind and I must stabilize this image in FPGA and send it to next unit which will make some operation on it.
Could someone help me to find algorithm or metod to do Video Image Stabilization Hardware Module in VHDL which will stabilizate 128x128 pixel image form digital camera (8 bits per pixel).
Stabilization must be done only in VHDL and works on Virtex II board.

If you want to generate programming file for final download you must add to your project ucf file with pin locations.
I generate for you it but you must change pin numbers (LOC=P**) for thats which will
pass to your unit.
In my opinion you must use fdatool in matlab to design a filter you want. When you will have coefficients write a code in vhdl or verilog which will working like in block diagram or you can generate code using core generator in Xilinx ISE 7.1 or uper and that implement it to fpga.
I use LTSpice to design and simulate a analog circuit, you can download it from this site: **broken link removed**
