ok what kind of driver do i need to use as per the sub-circuit in ir1167 data sheet.
like whether i need to use regular driver or i need some kind of amplifier as in sub circuit of ir1167 in the data sheet
hi
i am trying to understand subcircuit of IR1167 in the first attachment and second datasheet so that i can try to design that schematic in LTspice
there is a component called as oneshot or MOT(minimum ON time) block
what i can use in the place of that block
Attaching docs related to this below
hi
i am working on full bridge rectifier using mosfets i need to switch the mosfets i got a suggestion to check with the passive gate driver instead of active one's.
anyone know about passive drivers or any application note for such drivers
Re: full bridge rectifier using mosfets
Ya but i have to manage two mosfets for one cycle i was trying to switch but i am getting some shoot through currents how can i avoid them
my circuit looks in this way .............
i was trying to design a sychronous bridge rectifier. i started like instead of replacing all the 4 diodes at
a time in the circuit, only 2 of them are replaced by mosfets and remaining 2 are diodes.while simulating
i was seeing some unwanted current peaks are coming can anyone explain y they...
