    DDR3 to FPGA termination resistors?

    1- Can I use termination resistors for short traces? 2- The ZYBO Z7 board implemented 2 DDR3 memories without termination resistors.     Do we need differential routing TX and RX in Ethernet RMII MAC to MAC Connection

    No, You don't need differential traces/signals. Just keep in mind: - keep the traces length same RXD0...RXD3 and RXCLK - Keep the TX traces same TXD0...TXD3 and TXCLK - Calculate the signal impedances and check them with the datasheet.
