i tried to do the simulation of the first antenna it was successeful but i'am not convinced because when i tried to visualize the gain or any other result in 3D polar i find result at zero
can any one tell me the problem
i have designed the two antennas but i find problems in boundaries, how to choose the frequence...
can any one help me, please?

for the FR4, it's true this antenna work with FR4, i find it in a thesis.
there are RFID's antenna.
