I knw how to make a random noise with 6 db. But I m sure how to incorprate flat frequecncy.. 0 - 90 mhz. can anyone explain it or give a code . thanks
Generate random noise to the signal such that the peak
signal-to-noise ratio is of the order of 6 dB. Document/describe how this program works...

Thanks for reply , but in this program u r using FFT function , which I m nt supposed to use , I wanna to write program which use mathematcial formula of converting the Time domain signal into frequency domain using matlab.
