You can usa a LC passive filter. This kind of filter is used in class D amplifiers (that uses PWM) to filter the switched signal and turn it into an analog signal.
Once I tried to simulate the AD converter also.
What I did is to open the stimulus window, and put direct the value I wanted in the register (ADCBUF or something lke this).. I don't know if it's sufficient for you, but works..
