how to find input impedance of double balanced bjt based gilbert mixer using advanced design system?
We are going to design 2.4GHz operating gilbert mixer using bjt and mosfet. When we apply ac signal with 2.4ghz frequency its biasing changes. How we solve this problem and kindly suggest bjt and mosfet models?
