how to make pci card

i want to design a pci card that can interface it to pc104 sbc.
how i can interface pci to mcu and what interface needed?
anybody have pci core for altera fpga?
or propose cheaper solution for interface such as cheap ic.
how write program in matlab to access...

if ambient temprature rise and MCU work under hot condition it maybe damage

hello guys
i'm working with dspic30f2020 for switch mode power supply .
the chip is too hot . in datasheet says it consume 200ma in normal mode
anybody have any experience with this?

whats the ratio turn for your output self ?
make sure the ratio is about 14 to 5 . for increasing voltage increase the self turn
if your feedbacked output is noload another output fall a lot.
