Can anyone please tell me how should I can perform source pull for rectifier circuit (using schottky diodes). there are lots of examples related to amplifier in ADS exemple but I am unable to simulated rectifier circiut. Thanks in advance.

At some places i have seen that if we put PEC at a distance 0.15 to 0.25 of wavelength it works as a reflector. and if the distance is in between 0.1 to 0.15 of wavelentgh it works as a director. is it true or not?

can any help me to find out exact method of two-tone / Three-tone measurement of RF circuit. if my circuit (rectifier) is working at three band of frequency (900 MHz, 2100 MHZ and 3.5 GHz) then how i will measure output voltage using three tone method?

Can any one please help me that for a two port differential rectifier what i am simulating it in ADS.. For the measurement at the output (which is DC voltage) shell i have to use coupler at the input or any other device to provide equal value of RF signal at both input ports.
