maybe there's some problem with your QRC if the extracted view can't be obtained . Using LVS extracted, you will not get the some parasitics which the models don't include, like the interconnection。
Can you find this run time switch "NO_SUBC_DEVICE_GLOBALLY" ? I use it to omit Substrate contact in LVS. Several months ago, there's no such switch, so I add a "SUBC" device in schematic to fix this lvs error.
maybe there's some mistake in your environment setting, So you can't invoke QRC instead of RCX, here is how i fix it. Hope it could help you.

I only used IBM cmrf8sf(130nm) PDK, but I heard someone who used IBM 65nm PDK that It would extract the Cgs during extraction which may be a bug. I'm not sure about that, but you could verify it yourself or contact mosis if you are a mosis customer.
