Iam new to Network simulator(NS)and linux
Anyone please tell me how to patch a new module in NS and run it to see the output.
For this i learnt that i have to make some modification in the make file(that is add the .cc files to the make file) and then use make and makedepend commands...

OTCL is used in NETWORK SIMULATOR. I am using Network simulator s/w for my project.
I think TCL is easy to learn.I dont know much about TK.

As suggested by others, if u r interested u can simulate the whole system by using system simulation or u can just implement phy/mac layers .
u can also implement CAC (call admission control algorithm) or scheduling algorithm.u can propose a new one n say how it performs better then other...
