sht series are supported in proteus 7.6+ and can easily be simulated.
i didn't see any model for other, but u can smiulate them with varying caps or res (pot)[COLOR="Silver"]

here u must perform a dc analyze like what u do in hspice:
after design yr circuit, add current probes for interested nodes.
add dc simulation icon to yr schematic and change its default settings.
for sweep, click on dc simulator and then click on tab button, add yr device and define sweep...

i've tested all the ways, but aubtm always sends the similar periodic incomprehensible data.
i have a usb bluetooth usb dongle (for my pc) and a bluetooth equipped cell phone.
none of them could find aubtm.

i'm using a ft232 usb<->serial dongle
isearched a lot and i think AUBTM is sending error periodically(as u said)
but i don't know why the data is incomprehensible for me.
i have tested everything from 1200 to 115200 baud rates but i can't get ERROR msg

when i connect the module to the serial port, it starts sending incomprehensible data...
If so, let all have the datasheet!
I have AUBTM-21 datasheet and External AT Commands but it doesn't help.
for example the pdfs doesn't explains about the default baud rate.
or information about how to connect RESET pin, the user must find it through try and fail!
when i pull up the RST to vcc...
these modules are very bad and have no support from austartech.com
i have searched a lot to find how to connect it pins but i didn't find any useful datasheets.
in the other hand its chinese company didn't respond my emails.
i have bought it abt $40 and i don't know how to run it!
