thanks for the info , but are you sure that MGF1302 that can be use in freq range 3,7 - 4,2 GHz for C-band. How much the MGF1302 gain have ? i'll using it for LNA C-band application

thanks, but are u sure this is the right one ? i search for the datasheet and i found out that the MGF130X Series have all the same shape, i still havent found yet the meaning of "Ek" ,"Eg" , "T" on the transistor, since i found more of the transistor with these marking...

what kind of LED did u use ? an IR or just usual LED ? what u gonna do to prevent any external light disturbance ? since what i know , the photodiode is really sensitive with any light , CMIIW
