    0-5V programmable power suplly

Thanks, should i use the "unity gain" configuration. One more thing if i choose using transistor could you give me an example. Thanks Regards

    0-5V programmable power suplly

Hi, i have a course project. I have to built a 0-5V programmable power suplly using a DAC that gives a 1A as maximun current output. The range is given using switchs (DIP switch), for example. 00h -> 0V FFh -> 5V The have implemented the DAC, but i don't know the to design the buffer. I...

How to measure s parameters in a 4 port network in cadence

3 ports s parameters balun cadence Hi, i have a problem i don't really know how to measure s-parameters in a 4-port network. Do i use a balun to convert into a 2 port network o what should i do?. This is the 4-port network i was reffering to. I hope anyone can help me. Regards

    LINUX( very begineer) help

linux+japan Hi Well, personally i have used several distros of linux, centos 4, ubuntu8.04, fedora 5, opensuse 10.3. I use cadence and ADS and sometimes Xilinx ISE for my experience i was searching a distro capable of handle these programs. If you are familiarized with cadence, the kernel to...

    Question of Razavi's Book

cascode current mirror razavi In the chapter of cascode current mirror (5.2) of Razavi's Book At the beginning of the chapter of current mirrors. Razavi tell us that they neglected channel length modulation. But in practice this effect results in significant error copying currents, especially...

Help with the simulation of this circuits

The thing is i want to know how i make the buffer for the outputs, Vo+ y Vo- . The HB simulation in this case has not an a signal power input , just the dc voltage Vib. And one more thing can i use varactors using PMOS transistor?

Help with the simulation of this circuits

Hello I'm having some problems trying to simulate this circuits **broken link removed** This is a cmos oscillator. I want to make a HARMONIC BALANCE SIMULATION WITH A SINGLE TONE. How i connect the terminal port etc. I'm using ADS but i would be great if anyone can do this with cadence

How i can simulate s-parameters in a differential filter

Hi, can anyone explain me how i can simulate s-parameters in differential filter. I make a simulation of a band pass filter i put the ports(one node at the input or output and the other to ground). But in a differential filter i have in+ in- and out+ out-. I make my simulations in cadence(spectre).

What is the minimun channel length for a CMOS transistor

ok, is Lmin= 0.35um and using the lambda rule, Lmin=2Lambda => Lambda=0.35um/2 that would be correct, right ?. This for layout. The thing is i design a circuit who has all the transistor using the minimun length, why because is for high frequency operation.
