maybe you will never aswer me can you say the title of the article or paper where you obtain help... I am relatively in the same problem and that would be useful...
thanks..
Hello guys.
i am designing a OTA in weak inversion... and the voltage gain looks good but the gm behavior shows very low values at low frequencies it this normal?
I calcuate that from the ratio of the output current over the voltage input. It this correct?
its only for gathering the idea...
thanks.
as I am working on GHz range Iam using octogonal pads
this is a circuit of test of an inductor that I import from ADS to Tanner L-edit
and thanks nobody aswer me about my question of ADS
a little late.... but is with the simple word ASITIC in google browser you can find the oficial web page of ASITIC form Ali niknejad.
you can download it form here

Iam working on LNA design and I'll do a layout but i dont know anything about GSG pads (or techniques, or circuits), If somebody have an useful information about I'll be very thanked.
I am using Tanner L-edit for making my layout and I also I don't know if there are any extra library or module...
I have a lot of dudes about LNA design, but among lots of them is Why INductors must be placed Over the last metal layer in a LNA Design?
there are lots of models of iductors but always find that inductors are in last metal layer in each paper thet i read.
thanks.
you can modify your technology file creating a copy of your .tek files then you make your own technology following the tecnology data file from your design kit.
find a 0.35um.tek will be hard to find its better to edit .tek files
asitic cygwin
if you are in bash shell you need to execute the " grafic" environment tipe startx and do the same that you done before
ah!!!
you have to have the X11 libraries and x86 library as throwaywa said
I copy the CMOS.tek file to bin folder and gave program the location and nothing
then I gave location in tek folder and show me this
Added after 4 minutes:
Iam very close to run this f#&%&4 program no?...............
Added after 2 hours 7 minutes...
Unable to open technology file.[root@localhost bin]# ./asitic.linux.2

start gnome on cygwin
mmmm I also dont know so much of linux, but I have cygwin installed in my PC and it doesn´t run, would be better if I had run any distro of linux in my PC in order to learn before fight with cygwin. I think that cygwin is bad:!: but this idea would be due to i hadn´t...
