If your intrinsic noise is small. Try errpreset=coservative, in order to reduce numerical noise for both tran and tran-noise runs. Or try to scale up physical noise by setting noisescale=100 or higher.

run ocean in batch mode
Create another script that includes all your script. Ex.
all.ocn this has the following lines:
load "tt.ocn"
load "ff.ocn"
load "ss.ocn"
I have same problem as this one, how did you manage to make your differential output symmetrical? Did you only tweak the transistor size? Does the cuurent is still 40nA at different tuning range?
Try to ramp your supply fast and slow ramp for your bandgap without startup and do the same thing on bangap with start-up. You will find that with start-up circuit, the bandagap will work in two conditions.
