I'm trying to find a way to "catch" the valid horizontal synchronizing signal in a PAL frame and regenerate all the others... the problem it's in each frame, the valid synchronize signal occurs in a different line...

My suggestion would be to use the single 8 pin sync seperator chip this generates from the incoming video cbvs horizontal pulses and vertical sync pulses. (odd and even fields). use the frame/line sync to trigger an ossilator to reproduce the signals you need

Yes i agree.If you can use pic mcu, you can seperate signal and reproduce by pic.
