if yes are these different from ram in normal computer

oh yeah, a supercomputer do have a RAm like our normal computer.But the capacity of the RAM used makes it a superscalar architecture.For example,a research institure from India has succeded in breaking the long existed Von-neumann bottleneck and they have 1 bit SRAM in each cell.It's a fine grain level integration of physical and logical unit.do ask me if you have furthur doubts in a supercomputing architecture.

| super computer has ram, in the range of tera bytes range,it is simplier to orginal computer ram but frequency operation of ram is so high
