1. How to quickly find out the edge research topic in RF/Mixed signal LSI design field.
2. If you decided the research topic. How to do research work? I mean that you can create some new circuit ?

Hi,

You check what latest pulish journal in IEEE journal for particular field you have mentioned. After deciding the topic next phase is do literature survey. Then , find suitable architecture from there try to do improvement in for new topoly.

1. Read the latest IEEE/IEE conference papars, then you can learn the research focus in the two years.
2. After you read enough papers, you would knew what you can do and you can not do, then you may have one new idea.

Be in contact with a university near you. I think that most of the research is done in high tech companies or in the university. The rest of us try to apply and developt with the components that are now on the Market.

Typically, one can look at papers published at the end of the year, i.e December as they would mentioned what has been happening for the whole year.
One way to check what has been going on in that particular year.
