| does anyone where can i get sample of PIC1684? Please don't give me the microchip site because that site does not provide free sample to my country anymore.. please anyone?

PIC16F84 is already out of production,
new series is PIC16F628.
If Microchip is not providing free samples nobody else will.
Try contacting there local distributers.

Microchip does not provide sample for PIC16F84. But it does provide sample for PIC16F84A (more advanced version). I just applied few pieces few months ago. If you're in US, it should be no problem for you to apply. Microchip does provides samples to other countries. Pls do not abuse the sampling system otherwise Microchip will ban the sampling service to your whole country. You can take a look here:
