| Aluminium gate MOSFET is obsolete technology process. It was used in my previous company for electronic watches manufacturing more than 20 years ago. As I remember sourse and drain of this MOSFET cannot be self aligned like for polysilicon gate. So in design rule you must consider gate-sourse/drain diffusion overlap to prevent channel to be disconnected from source/drain.
