1. High speed/BW OPA > 100Mhz
2. Low noise OPA
3. Low offset
4. low power current < 1uA
have any book talk about it ?

It is imposible.
You spec are too good for all the performance.
May be some of performance can be realize in one OPA
|

| You might need some techniques to aid the OTA to achieve your specs. No way to meet so tight specs simultaneously for an OTA.
