Can I have PCON sfr explained.

I mean the functionality of GF0 & GF1 and how to use it.

GF0 and GF1 are general purpose user defined flags which you can use it the same way you are using any of the bit addressable memory. You can use them to indicate certain state of your porgram of for any other purpose you can think of.
