Look analog.com they have something. How they call them: opamp evaluation boards I think.

See their application notes which have schematics in them.

You will need well compensated OP amps other than Device Under Test. And, small voltages such as input offset voltage will be amplified to measure them easily. Small currents such as input offset currents will be directed to flow a large known value of resistance to measure easily, i.e., current is calculated from the voltage drop across the resistor. And, you will need a timer and two analog comparators to measure some timing parameters.

Yes it does.
OPAMP is often used as abbreviation for operational amplifier.
You could just have used google instead of asking, it would have been easier!
