Compare the following resistor on bipolar IC chip. (Fabrication method , structure, sheet resistance, temperature coefficient, parasitic component, usage, and so on)
1) Diffusion type resistor (and how to connect the epitaxial layer for separation by pn junction.)
2) Ion implantation resistor
3) Pinch resistance
4) Poly-silicon resistor
I just need the websites so that i can extract the answers..Some links would help me a lot...Thanks...
