I want to use BSIM4 model for PSPICE simulation in Orcad9.1 suite.
but I am not able to configure the orcad...
please help in this regard

Even Orcad 10 supporst only uptil BSIM3 version 3.2.4
so it is not possible to include bsim4 models in orcad at all.
