Texas Instuments offer the MSC12xx range - more good stuff.

I have just tried a sample order with Texas (stopping short of pressing 'confirm' at the last step) with an Algerian address - it worked so far. Give them a try.
Maxim also have Algeria as an option on the address form.
Try - you have nothing to lose.
