what choices are available for driving a full bridge mosfet topology. (formed using four irfz46n mosfets)
Also i wonder if there are power mosfets (up to 20A at 30V) that can be driven directly and effciently from the µc ?

Logic-level MOSFET's from OnSemi:
NTP60N06L: N-channel Power MOSFET 60 Amps, 60 Volts
MTP50P03HDL: P-channel Power MOSFET 50 Amps, 30 Volts
Samples readily available, although they charge flat-rate shipping of $14 (I think)

Hi
Never drive any mosfets from a µ controller. Mosfets are ther main power handling components and they are the one that fails the mosfet. A failure in Fets can lead to damage in µC with directly driven.
Try PHP44N06 from Philips fro a logic level mosfet with good current handling capacity and low Rds.
