Anyone got any stuff on oscillator theory/design, in particular LC/crystal oscillators?

Get a catalogue from a Crystal manufacturer or supplier. They normally have a lot of application circuits for their products and supply a lot of theory on the designs.

If all else fails, write an e-mail to Rick Karlquist. Do not forget to be polite.
This man is one of the most qualified mens on this Earth, when it comes to the crystal oscillators...

After all, he designed HP-1081 and other most famous Hewlett-Packard oscillators Wink
