Needed some info regarding getting job in US or Uk.
Who arranegs for the visa .and work permit.what is the latest trend in this

Don't know about UK
but USA has capped all visa for foreign workers
until further notice
otherwise you need a company to sponsor
you and you can only work there while having the visa
so watch where you work !
the visa cap will increase later this year

The above post has good advice. Some dishonest companies will bring in workers and turn them into slave labor of 80+ hours a week of labor for low wages. The work environment in these places is very unpleasant with the unhappy workers and slave driver type managers. It is almost like working in a NAZI work camp back in 1939-1945.
On the brighter side, if you can maintain your cheerfulness under these conditions it will improve your character. The work experience will improve your marketable skills.

for the uk, you can read all about it at:
h++p://www.ind.homeoffice.gov.uk/
Usually, the employer will get the visa for you in the uk.
