dear all,
one of my friends wants a chinies and english site. i add a scratch of the site here. i want to know how much it costs in china, and if possible, anyone could do that?
the site is very simple as you see. he prefer PHP. any questions and suggestions are welcome.

 Neither can I understand what you said correctly!
Are you going to set up a website like what you described in site-scratch.gif?
If so,a group of 3 college students can establish the site quite well.They
will do it for fun or take it as a part-time job,so it will cost you no more than 3000RMB for building up the basic structure.1000RMB would appeal
much to the poor students with great proficiency.
Of course ,you need a server. If you requirements are not rigid,10000
RMB will be OK. And the cost for INTERNET will be 600RMB/MONTH or so,Beside the installment fee of 500RMB.
I have no idea about the fee for maintainence.
Add them up by yourself.
