| I plan to use 12Mbps USB to transmit/receive periodicaly 2Mbps stream. Can it guarantee 20ms delay from my board to PC?

| Well, USb is start transmitting as soon as it get buffer available. If you want to plain a delay in this transmission, you should do this outside USB transmission channel.

| You can use a timer to control the board side.
