There was a post before with this book with damaged chapter 7 and chapter 10. I uploaded these chapters. Now all posts about this book in the trash except link pointed by mazelk. But chapter 12 in this merged file is dissapeared for some reason. There is chapter 12 in attachment

Hi, maxwell! Please download your file and you will see the last chapter in your file is chapter 11. Where is chapter 12?
Korek, you can download file pointed by maxwell and mazelk. This file include both chapter7 and 10. It is freemirrored.
